This role involves acting as the regional lead for diverse multidisciplinary engagements. You will utilize advanced expertise in erosion processes, debris flows, and sediment transport while contributing to restoration and hazard mitigation strategies. Your technical direction will be vital in geo-environmental assessments and major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fluvial and coastal geomorphology projects from start to finish
• Develop client relationships and advance team capabilities
• Provide technical guidance on geoscience analyses
• Support restoration and natural hazard mitigation endeavors
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and scopes
Requirements:
• Master's in Physical Geography or Earth Science required
• Registered or eligible for Professional Geoscientist status within 6 months
• Minimum 15 years’ consulting experience
• Extensive knowledge in fluvial and coastal processes
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
Drive impactful geomorphological projects and foster team growth at WSP in British Columbia.
