This principal role involves overseeing multidisciplinary projects from proposal stage to completion. You will leverage your extensive knowledge in erosion processes, sediment transport, and natural hazard mitigation. As a mentor to junior staff, you will strengthen the team's capacity and enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee geomorphology projects, ensuring quality and compliance

• Foster client relationships to grow business opportunities

• Direct geoscience analyses and environmental assessments

• Spearhead shoreline restoration and hazard mitigation efforts

• Collaborate with teams while managing project parameters

Requirements:

• Master's degree in relevant field required

• Professional Geoscientist registration or eligibility within 6 months

• 15 years of experience in consulting or related fields

• Expertise in water resources and geohazards

• Strong collaboration and leadership traits
