As a Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will utilize your 10+ years of industry experience to develop and lead comprehensive project estimates. Familiarity with estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX is essential. You'll play a key role in building relationships that matter, impacting both your team and clients positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate the estimate plan

• Lead creation of the comprehensive project estimate

• Prepare project Basis of Estimate and risk recommendations

• Problem analysis with actionable recommendations

• Manage library of current local rates for estimates

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years estimating experience in construction

• Knowledge of estimating systems like InEight or CostX

• Degree in construction-related discipline

• RICS, CEP or CPE pathway is beneficial

• Strong detail orientation and communication skills
