As part of Worley's engineering team, you will manage the technical aspects of process engineering projects from feasibility through to commissioning.
Your role includes ensuring that all project deliverables comply with both internal and external standards while mentoring less experienced engineers. Strong collaboration and communication with clients and stakeholders is vital for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering teams for process projects
• Define and manage project scope, quality, and budgets
• Mentor team members and provide technical oversight
• Participate actively in client engagements
• Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering required
• P.Eng. designation desired
• Deep knowledge of process engineering and SAGD
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strength in stakeholder communications
