Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor electrical engineering teams to success
• Establish and track key performance indicators for projects
• Oversee project budgets and ensure financial performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote technical excellence in sustainable building design
Requirements:
• At least 15 years of electrical design experience
• Proven manager with at least five direct reports
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario
• Credentials such as LEED AP or Passive House preferred
