Senior Associate in Renewable Energy Development

Join Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. as a Senior Associate – Advanced Development, focusing on renewable energy projects. This role involves collaboration on hydro, wind, solar, and battery storage projects.

In this senior role, you will support project development from RFP awards to commercial operation. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines and stakeholder relationships while ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations. Contributing to project advancement and supporting the construction team will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive renewable energy projects from RFP to NTP

• Support construction activities until Commercial Operation Date

• Conduct site assessments and resource analysis

• Coordinate land acquisition and permitting tasks

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and project partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

• 3+ years in project development, ideally in renewable energy

• Experience with regulatory agencies and contract negotiations

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
