Position: Senior Transportation Design Engineer at Arcadis
Make an impact with Arcadis as a Senior Transportation Design Engineer in Western Canada. This role focuses on municipal roadway and transit project design, ensuring safe and sustainable solutions.

As a member of the Mobility Advisory group, you will leverage deep expertise in municipal roadway design.

Your role includes creating detailed models and engineering reports, alongside developing comprehensive plans and specifications for various infrastructure projects. You will also coordinate technical designs to meet project objectives efficiently, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver municipal roadway design projects from concept to completion

• Prepare detailed calculations, models, and engineering drawings

• Develop cross-sections, pavement details, and engineering reports

• Ensure compliance with municipal standards and specifications

• Collaborate with specialists on drainage and traffic control designs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering

• Professional Engineer designation in Alberta or BC

• Strong skills in stormwater analysis and project coordination

• Experienced in delivering reliable municipal roadway solutions

• Able to work effectively in diverse project teams
