Your future role on our teamBBA is currently seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join a team that offers high‑quality expertise and consulting services. You’ll be required to develop and strengthen client relationships, and your role as an EIT will be to contribute to proposals, engineering, technology selection and project delivery for plant services, including biofuels manufacturing processes, carbon capture and utilization, green hydrogen, water treatment, liquefied natural gas, specialty chemicals, lithium processing and more.

- Prepare plans and calculations
- Apply established design and calculation methods
- Develop mass and energy balances using simulation software
- Select and size process equipment
- Draft specifications, process design criteria, PFDs, P&IDs, plant layouts, technical specifications and assessments as well as reports
- Where required, participate in various work phases at the office, on site or in a lab
- Prepare proposals
- Participate in the firm’s development and growth
- Carry out commissioning and equipment performance testing
Perform routine inspections or technical surveys

- Excellent academic record (GPA: 3.8 and above)
- Mandatory bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in the Advanced Fuels and Chemicals
- Technical expertise on carbon capture and deep understanding of the technology’s integration (+2 years of experience in the specific field)
- Technical expertise in lithium handling and battery recycling (+1 year of experience)
- Experience on construction management, commissioning and operation of industrial plants in the chemical industry
- Registered with EGBC as an EIT
- Sound knowledge of statistics and effective analytical skills
- Solid understanding of fluid mechanics and heat transfer
- Excellent knowledge on process simulation tools (Aspen suite, Fathom and Arrow)
- Interest in the environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Hourly base salary – $53.33
