This leadership role requires an individual who can navigate the complexities of the structural engineering field while ensuring operational success in the Vancouver district. You will supervise daily practices, assist in top-tier staff development, and enhance client relations—all while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Vancouver structural engineering operations
• Train and develop team members to ensure quality
• Draft and implement departmental budgets and plans
• Ensure client deliverables meet Rimkus standards
• Quickly address client issues and feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• P.Eng. designation mandatory
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a relevant field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel locally as needed
