Municipal Water Project Leader

Join a leading engineering consultancy as a Municipal Water Project Leader focused on projects in Western Canada. This role emphasizes high-level project management, client engagement, and technical execution.

You will manage municipal water and wastewater initiatives, working closely with clients in British Columbia. With a seller-doer approach, your past experience will help you drive business development and project success. You will collaborate with project controls and QA/QC teams to ensure high-quality deliverables are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major municipal water and wastewater projects

• Engage clients and develop strategic proposals

• Maintain strong municipal client relationships

• Supervise project scope, schedule, and budget

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance

Requirements:

• Over 15 years in municipal water/wastewater sectors

• Seller-doer success with project management
• $1M+ project experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar

• PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification desired
