Position: Municipal Sector Leader - MacKay
Become the driving force for municipal market initiatives at Mac Kay in Vancouver. In this full-time, hybrid position, engage with stakeholders to facilitate infrastructure growth and project delivery.
As the Municipal Market Sector Leader, you'll be responsible for leading growth strategies within water/wastewater and civil infrastructure sectors. Engage with city and county leaders, manage the pursuit of municipal opportunities, and ensure the alignment of funding requirements with client scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own annual municipal bookings and backlog targets

• Execute strategic account management for key clients

• Translate municipal capital trends into project pursuits

• Collaborate on proposals to enhance hit rates

• Coach teams on effective client communication and relationship management
Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in municipal engineering consulting

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Success record in winning municipal projects

• Expertise in procurement and contract management

• Strong executive presence with public-sector clients
