Bechtel is seeking a Project Controls Manager to oversee cost estimating, planning/scheduling, and cost analysis. This full-time office role focuses on providing leadership and mentorship, ensuring effective project execution. You will guide your team on essential project procedures while integrating risk management into all phases of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cost engineering and planning/scheduling activities
• Develop and present cost forecasts and project estimates
• Provide guidance on cost analysis and change management
• Support project administrative activities and organizational tasks
• Mentor Project Risk Coordinator(s) and Project Risk Specialist(s)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant experience
• 13-19 years of experience in project controls
• Expertise in cost engineering and planning/scheduling
• Experience with large-scale EPC/EPCM projects
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations
