Principal Coastal Engineer BC

This individual contributor position seeks experts equipped with a bachelor's degree in civil or coastal engineering, preferably with a master’s. You will leverage your 10 to 20 years of experience to manage projects up to $1 million, collaborating closely with clients and conducting essential technical reviews for quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in coastal engineering project management
• Execute detailed analyses and modeling for projects
• Prepare design specifications and cost evaluations
• Review quality assurance processes rigorously
• Mentor junior staff and facilitate business development initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or coastal engineering
• 10-20 years of experience in project management
• BC Skilled Engineer license is essential
• Expertise in MIKE 21, Delft 3D, and Mat Lab
• Strong communication skills both in writing and speaking
