Join a robust team as a Mechanical Coordinator dedicated to managing diverse construction projects. This role involves hands-on project oversight in both residential and commercial settings.
As the Mechanical Coordinator, you’ll be working closely with the Project Manager to ensure all projects are executed according to specifications, budgets, and schedules. Building relationships with clients, trades, and subcontractors is crucial to ensuring project success. Your responsibilities will include monitoring progress, managing project files, and handling change orders with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize project files and assist Site Superintendents

• Ensure accurate project costing and scheduling management

• Lead quality control and supervision of subcontractors

• Prepare progress reports and schedule updates for clients

• Attend to safety protocols and program implementations
Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or relevant diploma

• Several years of experience in the construction field

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Must travel as required and comply with vaccination policies
