Position: Resident Engineer for Water Infrastructure
Contribute to impactful water and wastewater projects with Brown and Caldwell as a Resident Engineer in Vancouver, B.C. This full-time, on-site role focuses on construction management and quality assurance.

As a Resident Engineer, you will oversee complex construction tasks for a wastewater treatment plant expansion. With a minimum of five years in resident engineering, your expertise will be vital for ensuring compliance with specifications and managing project documentation. Interacting with a variety of stakeholders, you will resolve field issues and support project administration while contributing to successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily construction work progress and compliance

• Oversee all multifaceted construction activities on-site

• Validate documentation processes and maintain accuracy

• Provide technical expertise in startup of process systems

• Prepare detailed monthly progress reports for clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in resident engineering or a related field

• P.Eng. professional licensure in British Columbia

• Advanced knowledge of construction standards and codes

• Experience in project management and documentation processes

• Strong communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
