Join Arcadis as a Senior Technical Director with extensive experience leading geotechnical projects. With expertise in heavy civil works like roads, rail, and ports, you will oversee the delivery of high-profile projects, mentoring teams while ensuring rigorous technical oversight.
Your role will include applying innovative technologies, driving efficiencies, and securing client satisfaction across project portfolios in B.C. and Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership on major geotechnical projects
• Develop budgets, schedules, and manage technical quality
• Mentor engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project success
• Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
Master’s preferred
• Minimum 20 years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
• Registered Professional Engineer in a relevant Canadian province
• Strong experience with numerical modelling tools like PLAXIS
• Proven capability in client management and stakeholder engagement
