This role demands leadership in managing planning studies and environmental assessments for a high-impact remediation project. Your key responsibilities will involve developing integrated project schedules, liaising with government agencies, and representing the project in community engagements. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve project designs and streamline regulatory procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of environmental assessments
• Manage all regulatory permitting activities
• Collaborate with teams to enhance project designs
• Coordinate integrated schedules and critical tasks
• Engage with governments and stakeholders for permits
Requirements:
• At least 12 years of environmental permitting experience
• Experience in environmental or project consulting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Yukon and BC regulatory practices
• Experience engaging First Nations and government agencies
