In this role, you will support the British Columbia team's endeavors, working closely with project managers to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction. Experience in project coordination will be crucial in navigating the complexities of various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide critical support in project documentation and scheduling
• Organize on-site activities and manage contractors
• Document meeting notes and track project action items
• Maintain communication between Project Managers and contractors
• Extend support to other projects as available
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management
• 1-3 years of relevant project coordination experience
• Active pursuit of Project Management Professional certification
• Knowledge of project delivery models is a plus
• Strong organizational and computer skills
