You will oversee all VDC operations, focusing on effective utilization of resources and financial performance. This integral role involves guiding project teams, ensuring adherence to BIM standards, and driving the adoption of VDC methodologies to enhance collaboration and reduce risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion BIM coordination across projects
• Manage VDC financial planning and performance
• Develop execution plans aligned with project goals
• Support recruitment and team development initiatives
• Ensure quality and consistency of VDC deliverables
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years’ related experience
• Advanced project management and budgeting skills
• Strong knowledge of VDC tools and methodologies
• Proficient with major BIM software
