This technical leadership role involves overseeing system studies and feasibility assessments within Hatch’s eGRID division. You will spearhead business development while nurturing a team of engineers to thrive in a collaborative environment, all while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive client engagement and generate leads in power sector
• Conduct detailed system studies, focusing on EMT and stability analysis
• Prepare functional specifications for system developments
• Review and ensure compliance of planning studies
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project delivery
Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering degree with advanced qualifications preferred
• Minimum 10 years in power system analysis and planning
• Familiarity with EMT software and compliance standards
• Proven experience in business development and proposal writing
• Eligibility for registration with a Canadian engineering body
