Champion the development of district energy infrastructure with Corix in Western Canada. This Senior Manager position offers flexibility in hybrid work while driving market and business development initiatives.
As a Senior Development Manager, your focus will be on creating pathways for innovative energy solutions, particularly in British Columbia. Your extensive experience in business development and technical knowledge will empower you to lead project origination and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with diverse teams to ensure projects advance efficiently through early-stage discussions to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a pipeline of energy opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Craft and submit winning proposals and presentations
• Analyze market conditions and stakeholder constraints
• Facilitate project scope definition with external partners
Requirements:
• Over 10 years in business development or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline preferred
• Familiar with complex stakeholder management
• Experience in mechanical energy systems an asset
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
