Position: McMillen Senior Engineer – Water Resources Focus
Take on a leadership role at McMillen, Inc. as a Senior Engineer in Hydrology and Hydraulic for Dams and Hydropower. With over 15 years of experience, utilize your P.Eng license and technical expertise to deliver exceptional client results.

As a Senior Engineer, you'll develop client relationships and identify project opportunities while managing project scope and deliverables. Conduct significant hydrologic and hydraulic analyses with industry-standard software, ensuring compliance with safety standards in dam projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate all project phases effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain client relationships

• Identify and pursue project opportunities actively

• Manage project scope, deliverables, and logistics

• Conduct hydrologic analyses for dam safety evaluations

• Prepare reports and proposals for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering

• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng)

• 15+ years of water resources engineering experience

• Experience managing large environmental projects

• Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills
