Be a driving force at Dometic as Electrical Engineering Manager in Vancouver, BC, focusing on electrifying the boating industry while leading a talented design team.
This position is key to Dometic Marine's growth strategy. You’ll oversee Electronic Designers while actively contributing to product development and improvement initiatives. Tasked with managing resources and monitoring project specifications, you will ensure successful outcomes for various innovative projects while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct technical design solutions and validations
• Engage with various teams for successful product launches
• Research and estimate project timelines and costs
• Implement best practices in electronic CAD design
• Build and mentor the electrical engineering team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields
• Minimum of 5 years in electronic design
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in consumer electronic product design
• Knowledge of Altium Designer and PCB design workflows
