Position: Vancouver Mechanical Associate Role

As an integral part of the mechanical team, you will utilize your extensive project engineering experience to mentor others and ensure the successful execution of engineering projects. Engage with business development efforts while improving project management processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design efforts with a focus on client satisfaction

• Write proposals and manage response efforts for RFPs

• Mentor junior staff and lead project initiatives

• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards

• Review and approve project deliverables for accuracy
Requirements:

• At least 8 years of project experience in mechanical services

• Hold a P.Eng or C.E.T. registration

• Exhibit strong leadership skills with independent project capabilities

• Coordinate effectively with consultants and contractors

• Familiarity with sustainable design practices preferred
