Mechanical EIT

Position: Mechanical EIT Role at CIMA+
Embark on your engineering career with CIMA+ as a Mechanical Engineer-in-Training in Vancouver. Focus on designing HVAC and plumbing systems for varied infrastructure projects.

As part of CIMA+'s renowned Buildings team, you will support high-quality design and drafting of mechanical systems using Revit and AutoCAD.

This role offers opportunities to engage with innovative projects while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment. Work closely with senior engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model and draft HVAC and fire protection systems

• Collaborate with engineers on multidisciplinary projects

• Implement markups and refine designs efficiently

• Carry out site visits for existing condition surveys

• Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD software

• Registered or eligible with Engineers and Geoscientists of BC

• Valid driver’s license for site inspections

• Strong communication abilities

• Open to occasional site work
