• Strategic planning:
  Develop innovative strategies for large‑scale environmental projects.
• Team coordination:
  Direct and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.

• Project management:
  Ensure smooth progress of initiatives while balancing quality and deadlines.
• Coaching and professional development:

• Environmental project management:
  Design, coordinate, and supervise projects in transportation, mining, and energy, evaluate mitigation measures, and propose recommendations.
• Environmental sustainability:
  Promote sustainable practices to minimize negative impact and achieve positive results.
• Regulatory compliance:
  Plan and supervise the preparation of environmental authorization applications.
• Environmental risk management:
  Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks at project stages.
• Client relationship and proposal management:
  Develop proposals, manage client relationships, and control project budgets and deadlines.
• Communication and reporting:
  Prepare detailed reports, impact assessments, and recommendations for stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, geography, engineering, or a related discipline in environment and project management.
• Master’s degree in environmental science, biology, engineering, or related education (advantageous).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience, including 5 years as an environmental project manager.
• Experience in marine environment and mining is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multidisciplinary project management skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and tackle complex challenges.
• Strong writing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Structured in managing time and priorities.
• Proficiency in oral and written English;
  French is an asset.
