Lead the permitting process at ERM as a Managing Technical Consultant in British Columbia or Yukon (hybrid). Create sustainable regulatory pathways while mentoring the next generation of talent.
In this pivotal role within ERM's Regulatory & Permitting Group, you will guide multifaceted permits across several industries, including mining and renewable energy. Collaborate with clients and Indigenous Nations to enhance regulatory confidence while supporting essential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed permitting and approvals roadmaps
• Prepare regulator-ready applications and track logistics
• Mentor and grow internal talent within the team
• Support environmental assessments and permitting processes
• Manage budgets, risks, and project quality
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of environmental permitting experience
• Solid history of leading multi-permit programs
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license for on-site travel
