Position: Strategic Mine Management Role
Take charge of mine operations at Coeur Mining, enhancing safety and efficiency across the production process. Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing mine performance while prioritizing environmental compliance.
As the Mine Manager, you will oversee all mine operations, implementing stringent safety measures and fostering a culture committed to health and safety. You will coordinate closely with technical services and maintenance teams to ensure operational integrity and adherence to strategic goals. Candidates should possess a degree in mining engineering and substantial supervisory experience in mining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

• Strengthen safety culture with training and inspections

• Drive collaboration for operational planning and performance

• Lead mobile equipment assessment and budgeting

• Evaluate mining methods and design considerations
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in mining engineering or related discipline

• Minimum of 10 years’ mining experience, 5 in leadership

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Competence in Microsoft Office and safety systems

• Ability to foster a safe and inclusive work environment
