The Electron-Beam Lithography & Process Engineer is a senior role at the Stewart Blusson Quantum Matter Institute, leveraging advanced facilities like the JEOL JBX-8100FS. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure optimal operation of JEOL JBX-8100FS lithography tool
• Develop specifications for micro/nano-device fabrication
• Provide expert training to internal and external clients
• Manage and deliver multiple concurrent device engineering projects
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to fulfill project requirements
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Science
• 5+ years of experience in micro/nano-fabrication
• Proficient in operating electron-beam lithography systems
• Strong knowledge of complementary fabrication processes
• Familiarity with device characterization methods
