This full-time position invites you to lead significant engineering endeavors using advanced technologies and methodologies. You will be responsible for geotechnical analyses, site investigations, and maintaining client interaction, ensuring project success from inception to completion. Your expertise will also drive the professional growth of junior engineers through mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage design for geotechnical engineering projects
• Conduct advanced numerical modeling and site investigations
• Prepare engineering reports and detailed technical drawings
• Support quality assurance during field engineering reviews
• Develop strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field
• Skilled Engineer registration in BC or Alberta
• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in geotechnics
• Expertise in foundation design and earthworks
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
