RF Analog Layout Engineer Position

Join a dynamic team as an RF Analog Layout Engineer, crafting detailed layouts for advanced RF circuit blocks. Collaborate closely with layout engineers to ensure top-tier quality and performance.

In this role, the engineer will work on various RF and analog circuit components, including bandgap, amplifiers, and mixers. The successful candidate must possess significant experience in custom RF/analog layout, particularly with FinFET technology. Responsibilities involve adhering to rigorous verification processes, ensuring quality layouts that meet power routing, electromigration, and signal integrity requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed transistor-level layouts of RF and analog circuits

• Ensure layouts pass extraction, DRC, LVS, and DFM check

• Review quality for power and ground routing, electromigration

• Check signal paths for differential and IQ matching

• Collaborate with designers and communicate effectively

Requirements:

• 5+ years in custom RF/analog layout

• Proficient in CALIBRE DRC, ERC, LVS

• Experienced with CADENCE tools, Virtuoso Layout XL

• Knowledge of advanced layout techniques and process effects

• Solid understanding of electromigration and RC delay
