Position: Process Engineering Manager Role

Lead innovation at Creation Technologies as a Process Engineering Manager. Manage a team responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes related to Circuit Card Assemblies and box builds. This key leadership role is focused on ensuring high-quality production while overseeing a talented engineering team. Applicants should have extensive experience in electronics manufacturing and exceptional leadership skills. You will drive performance, resolve engineering challenges and implement recent process technologies seamlessly into production.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all process engineering activities at the site
Lead the design and validation of recent technologies
Optimize and standardize engineering procedures
Monitor KPIs and analyze performance data
Foster collaboration with various engineering disciplines

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
10+ years in electronics manufacturing experience
Leadership background with at least 3 years in management
Expertise in manufacturing compliance standards
Robust technical knowledge of EMS processes
