This pivotal role within WSP's Buildings team empowers you to oversee electrical engineering projects from initial concept through to successful delivery. You will manage scope, resources, and client interactions while ensuring designs adhere to all codes and standards. Collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams and mentorship of junior engineers will be central to your mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead electrical projects ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Manage project scope and client relationships effectively
• Oversee the development of electrical systems design
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project execution
• Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience
• P.Eng. designation in British Columbia or eligibility
• Strong knowledge of applicable electrical codes
• Proficient in design tools like Revit and AutoCAD
• Ability to obtain Enhanced Reliability Security clearance
