Transform photonic workflows as a Field Applications Engineer focused on Integrated Photonics at our Client in Toronto. This role encompasses design, deployment, and technical leadership through AI solutions. Operating at a Mid-Senior Level, you will tackle engineering challenges using AI-assisted methodologies. Your collaboration with designers and EDA vendors will enable you to create productive workflows that enhance product development. This full time opportunity allows you to contribute to cutting-edge hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Create scalable AI workflows for photonic design and yield
- Resolve engineering bottlenecks in development processes
- Work closely with photonic foundries and EDA vendors
- Implement solutions into existing EDA environments
- Guide and support customers through adoption phases
- MSc or PhD in Integrated Photonics or similar
- Minimum 5 years in photonic product development
- Proven experience in technology deployment
- Expertise in photonic EDA tools
- Robust communication skills across technical teams
