Position: WSP Senior Electrical Engineer Role

WSP seeks an innovative engineer to manage substantial power generation projects from concept to completion. You will guide project execution, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with standards throughout the project lifecycle. Your contributions will directly support Canada’s energy transition and help build resilient systems that serve communities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct electrical engineering for power generation projects

• Lead client engagement to clarify and define project needs

• Manage multi-discipline team coordination

• Draft technical reports and conceptual designs

• Approve project drawings while ensuring code compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Current P.Eng registration

• Minimum of 10 years in electrical engineering

• Proven experience leading engineering teams

• Strong understanding of electrical systems
