Tetra Tech seeks an Intermediate Instrumentation & Controls Engineer in Vancouver, BC to develop innovative automation solutions. Contribute to impactful engineering projects across various industries.
As part of the I&C team at Tetra Tech, you will focus on the design and specification of control systems, including PLC, DCS, and communication networks. The role includes a collaborative approach with project managers and technical engineers, ensuring all projects meet industry regulations and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design automation systems including PLC and DCS projects
• Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
• Collect and analyze field data, report preparation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams throughout projects
• Maintain compliance with safety and legislation standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in I&C
• Proficient in control system programming and design
• Eligible for P.Eng. or ASTTBC registration in BC
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
