Hardware Lead BC

Take charge of hardware product lifecycle as a Hardware Lead in Vancouver, BC. Drive innovation and reliability in hardware through development, manufacturing, and testing.

This hands-on leadership role within Reusables focuses on technical and operational hardware expertise. You will own supplier relationships and component sourcing while ensuring product reliability through rigorous testing and continuous improvement. Leading a capable team, you will define the hardware roadmap, conduct market research, and oversee all hardware manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Hardware Production team

• Own and maintain the hardware product roadmap

• Oversee manufacturing processes for hardware

• Manage supplier relationships and supply chains

• Ensure documentation for all hardware is thorough

Requirements:

• Extensive hardware experience in R&D and production

• Proven lifecycle management of hardware products

• Excellent supplier relationship management skills

• Strong communication and documentation practices

• Ability to work in person in Vancouver, BC
