• Collaborate with various departments for accurate project insights

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or building science

• 3-5 years relevant experience in assessments

• Knowledge of ASTM standards for condition assessments

• Advanced skills in cost estimation and building systems

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50-70%
