We are searching for a proactive Intermediate Mechanical Designer to strengthen our Vancouver team. This full-time role requires 5-7 years of mechanical building design experience and offers an opportunity to work on commercial, institutional, and healthcare projects. Collaborate with project managers while enhancing your design skills and taking ownership of multifaceted projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical systems: HVAC, plumbing, and hydronic

• Prepare construction drawings and technical documentation

• Produce models using Revit MEP

• Perform load calculations and equipment selections

• Coordinate with various project disciplines

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a consulting environment

• Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD

• Knowledge of British Columbia building codes

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
