In this senior role, you will oversee complex project planning, design, and delivery while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing project scopes effectively. You will mentor junior engineers and support business development initiatives that strengthen Mott Mac Donald’s footprint in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and design of civil infrastructure projects
• Serve as technical lead for project teams
• Oversee engineering designs, reports, and contract documents
• Provide technical solutions for infrastructure challenges
• Mentor junior engineers in technical aspects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
• P.Eng. designation in good standing
• 10–15 years of civil engineering experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and similar tools
• Excellent communication and client management skills
