Senior HVAC Mechanical Designer

In this role, you will leverage more than five years of mechanical HVAC and plumbing design experience. Your expertise with AutoCAD and Revit MEP will be crucial in developing high-quality models and drawings for commercial and institutional projects. Collaborating with project managers and engineers, you'll ensure designs meet all standards and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design HVAC and plumbing systems for various construction types

• Develop AutoCAD and Revit models for construction

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and field staff

• Review designs for constructability and compliance

• Provide technical support through construction phases

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC and plumbing design experience

• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit MEP

• Knowledge of BC Building Code and plumbing standards

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
