Position: Markham Senior Engineer for Water Resources
Join a pioneering environmental consulting firm as a Senior Water Resources Engineer in Markham. This pivotal role emphasizes sustainable practices in mine water management across Canada.
You will be a key player within the Water Resources Technical Team, engaging in a variety of projects involving water quality models, watershed assessments, and infrastructure design. Your technical expertise will contribute significantly to solving water quantity and quality issues faced by the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mine water resource projects through various phases

• Conduct surface water studies and environmental assessments

• Lead design of critical water management infrastructure

• Develop comprehensive work plans, budgets, and proposals

• Supervise water quality field investigations and reporting
Requirements:

• Preference for a Master’s or Doctorate degree

• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in mine water management

• Proficiency in hydrological modeling software

• Professional Engineers Ontario registration or similar required
