The Telecom Engineer-in-Training role at Stantec focuses on the engineering and design of communication systems for substations. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare engineering reports and documentation

• Develop telecom network designs for grid operations

• Coordinate with P&C, SCADA, IT teams

• Conduct QA/QC reviews of engineering designs

• Interface directly with clients for technical support

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering

• EIT eligibility with EGBC or equivalent

• 2+ years of relevant experience desired

• Familiarity with telecom technologies

• Proven organizational and time management skills
