RF and Analog Layout Engineer

Collaborate as an RF and Analog Layout Engineer, creating transistor-level layouts for complex circuits. Your work will ensure high-quality layouts pass verification flows and more at our leading technology company.

In this role, you will partner with layout engineers and RF designers to craft detailed layouts for components such as ADC/DACs, power amplifiers, and filters. You will guarantee quality through rigorous verification processes, including DRC and LVS checks. The position requires extensive experience with advanced CMOS technologies to meet demanding layout specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design detailed RF and analog layouts for transceivers

• Ensure layout quality through verification flows

• Collaborate with engineers to optimize layout designs

• Review power/gnd routing and signal path checks

• Assist in electromigration and signal coupling assessments

Requirements:

• 5+ years in custom RF/analog layout

• Experience with FinFET technology and deep sub-micron CMOS

• Proficient with CALIBRE DRC, LVS, and ERC

• Knowledge of CADENCE tools like Virtuoso Layout XL

• Strong understanding of RF layout techniques
