Become a pivotal member of our System Engineering Department as a Senior Flight Operations Satellite Systems Engineer. Lead the design and execution of constellation operations procedures and training.
In this senior engineering role, you will coordinate analysis, planning, and development of satellite operations. Bring your expertise from at least 10 years of hands-on experience with LEO/MEO satellite systems. You will focus on trade-off studies, spacecraft in-orbit operations, and verification matrices to ensure mission success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct trade-off studies for satellite LEOP planning
• Develop operations procedures and coordinate training
• Create satellite operation manuals and test procedures
• Manage verification & validation matrices for operations
• Support in-orbit testing and anomaly resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with LEO/MEO satellite systems
• Experience with automated satellite operations
• Competence in Python, Matlab, and STK
