As an Intermediate Building Analyst, you’ll conduct whole building energy simulations under expert supervision. This role requires strong expertise in various energy modeling software, such as eQuest and Energy Plus, while delivering results to clients and authorities. You will also coordinate closely with team members and contribute to training junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform annual energy simulations across multiple platforms

• Prepare detailed reports for clients and regulatory submissions

• Coordinate effectively with external and internal design teams

• Assist in reviewing work and training junior staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of energy modeling experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

• Registered EIT with potential for P.Eng. application

• Familiarity with energy codes and green building standards

• Desirable credentials: BEMP, LEED AP
