Join Introba as an Intermediate Building Analyst focusing on building energy simulation and modeling. Leverage software like eQuest and Energy Plus to drive sustainable design and innovation.
In this role, you will perform various building energy analyses under the guidance of seasoned professionals. A minimum of three years in energy modeling along with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required. You will prepare reports, coordinate with design teams, and assist in training junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct annual building energy simulations across multiple platforms
• Prepare reports for clients and authorities as necessary
• Collaborate with internal and external design teams
• Train and review work of junior staff members
• Stay updated with energy codes and green building standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in energy modeling or design analytics
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• EIT with ability to apply for P.Eng
• Familiarity with LEED, ASHRAE, and more
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit
