Hands-On Battery Testing Engineer Position

Reporting to the Manager of Unit Cell R&D, you will work with a diverse team to develop and refine unit cell technologies, focusing on the safety and reliability of battery systems.
Your role will leverage 3+ years of experience in a lab environment while fostering teamwork and innovation in testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in all testing phases, mechanical to electrical
• Create and calibrate test equipment for accuracy
• Collect and document test data systematically
• Maintain test equipment and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate on new test development projects
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in R&D
• Understanding of control automation and testing processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Relevant experience with battery testing or fuel cells
• Basic electrical engineering skills beneficial
