This established employer seeks a detail-oriented engineer to manage electric utility distribution systems safely and effectively. You will analyze performance, conduct technical studies, and contribute to asset management strategies that ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate distribution system performance under 35kV
• Analyze long-term distribution requirements and forecasts
• Contribute to automation and protection schemes
• Develop documentation for regulatory submissions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• P.Eng. or P.Geo. registration with Engineers & Geoscientists BC
• Electrical Engineering degree from a Canadian university
• Experience with utility systems at 35kV or below
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel and valid Driver's License
