Position: Resource Planning Senior Engineer at BC Hydro

This critical role requires extensive engineering experience and collaboration with Transmission Planning. You will conduct studies and analyses while developing techno-economic evaluations of various resource options, including renewable energy sources. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Transmission Planning for resource assessments

• Develop economic assessments of resource options

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering from a recognized institution

• Eligibility for P.Eng. in British Columbia

• Minimum 8 years in transmission planning or analysis

• Familiarity with renewable energy impact on systems

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
